Terms of Service

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The App allows you to:

• Take or upload photos
• Generate calendar events based on content in those photos
• Optionally save these events to your device's calendar

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and the calendar entries you create.

You retain all rights to the images you capture or upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the App's features, such as generating calendar events.

We do not store your images permanently, share them, or use them for any other purpose.

Certain features of the App may be available through a paid subscription

• Subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings.

By granting permission, the App can create events in your device's calendar. We do not access, modify, or delete any existing events. All event creation requires your explicit action.

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized way.
• Upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.

The App, its features, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful way.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will work uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes within the App or by other reasonable means.
